The field equipment of this project is a relay furnace. During production, the current harmonics are relatively large, which triggers the controller of the PFC panel to perform harmonic control, which causes the PFC panel to fail to perform reactive power compensation normally. The power factor is lower, resulting in more electric bills. Improvement method: Our technical team provides users with a complete solution based on the comprehensive analysis of on-site survey and measurement data. Combined with the on-site working conditions,  active harmonic filter (400V) is configured for the equipment.         Improvement effect: After debugging and parameter setting, the harmonic content of the power supply side is reduced from 12% to about 2%, the filtering effect is good, and the capacitor cabinet is switched on and off normally! This equipment has played an important role in improving the power factor of the system, effectively filtering out line harmonics, prolonging the service life of power equipment, and reducing the transmission loss of power grid lines and transformers.
