The project is an export project to South America. The project system voltage is 480V, 400V, and the frequency is 60Hz. Due to the presence of voltage and current harmonics on site, and the low power factor, power quality control is required, that is, compensation and harmonic control at the same time. Customer requirements It must be ensured that the TSC capacity is the effective output capacity under the system voltage.Table 1: The customer's electrical system is 480V, 400V/60Hz.  The switching control signal is a switch signal. Capacitors are all complementary, the effective output capacity of each channel remains the same, and the effective output capacity of each channel is 60kvar, which can be replaced with a suitable compensation capacity. The cabinet size adopts 1000*1000*2200mm(width*depth*height). The reactance rate adopts 7%, copper core reactance. Optimize the heat dissipation conditions and adopt the installation of components, and leave space in the lower part of the cabinet to install the active filter module (capacity 100A).
