Product description
1: In the compound switch, the thyristor and the magnetic holding relay are connected in parallel. This has realized the switching on at zero-crossing voltage and the switching off under zero-crossing current. In this way, at the moment of switching on and switching off, the compound switch has the advantage of the thyristor switch with regard to the switching on and switching off at zero-crossing. So achieves the effect that the switching on and switching off operations can be performed without any inrush current or injection of the harmonics.
2: The microelectronics software and hardware are used to control the switching on and switching off operations and perform the intelligent monitoring on the operation of the thyristor, the relay, the input power supply as well as the load, so the compound switch has a perfect protection function. The product adopts the advanced intelligent control technology and the latest electronic components. Compared with the same kind of products, the compound switch has extremely large advantages in performance with regard to the inrush current, the safety as well as the reliability.
3: The input signals and the composite switch are photoelectrically isolated: The anti interference ability of the compound switch is strong, and the operation is safe and reliable.
4: The power consumption is low: Because of the use of the magnetic holding relay, the control device consumes electricity only at the moment when it is performing the switching on and switching off operations, and it does not consume any electricity at other times. In addition, because the contact resistance of the magnetic holding relay is small, so it does not heat up. As the result, the cost is reduced for there is no need for an external heat sink or fan. The phenomenon of burnt thyristor is completely avoided. At the same time, it does not cause harm to other electrical appliances which are running on the same machine. The compound switch has truly achieved the purpose of saving the energy and reducing the consumption.
