High voltage voltage regulating automatic reactive power compensation device
The high voltage voltage regulating automatic reactive power compensation device is suitable for power system 220kv and below substations. On the basis of the system voltage as well as the reactive power, the voltage output of the self coupling transformer is automatically adjusted, and the capacitor terminal voltage is changed for the purpose of changing the capacitor output capacity. In this way, the purpose of making automatic compensation for the reactive power is achieved.
1: The equipment can realize the automatic control on the reactive power through automatically adjusting the working voltage of the capacitors.
2: There is no overvoltage in the equipment the process of regulating. Therefor the safe operation of the capacitors can be ensured and their service life can be extended.
3: In the whole process of adjustment, the capacitors have never been separated from the power grid, there is not the phenomenon of discharging and charging, there is not any delayed adjustment. It will be possible to perform the adjustment in real time through tracking the changes in the demand for reactive power.
4: It will be possible to carry out the connections at a lower voltage. This will effectively restrain the switching in rush current and reduce the impact on the system voltage, which is brought about by the reactive power compensation capacitor cabinet.
5: The complete equipment does not produce any harmonics, so in the process of operation, it will not adversely affect the power quality of the system, the related power equipment and the surrounding environment.
6: The equipment is provided various protections mechanisms such as the overvoltage protection, the overcurrent protection, the quick break protection, the two-stage overcurrent protection, the zero sequence voltage protection, the differential current protection and so on.
7: The discharge coil is to be configured in such a way so that is will be ensured that the residual voltage of the capacitor bank will be below 50 v within 5 s since the capacitor power supply is turned off.
8: The equipment is provided with the RS4582,RS232 communication interface to realize the communication with the central monitoring station, realizes the "four remote" function., i.e.the remote metering, the remote signaling, the remote regulating and the remote controlling
9: The device has three kinds of installation forms: i.e., the cabinet type, the frame type and the assembly type.
Conditions of use
I. Working environment and conditions
a. The outdoor ambient temperature: -35℃ ～ +45℃
b. The relative humidity in the ambient air: It shall be between 20% and 90% at 40℃.
c.The atmospheric pressure: The altitude shall be 2000 meters and below.
II. The requirements for the surrounding environmental
a. Strong vibrations and shocks shall not be allowed;
b. No corrosive and destructive gases, conductive media, media which contain any explosive dangerous shall be allowed, and serious mold shall not be allowed.
