Anhui Huayi Rixin Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Hanshan, Maanshan, Anhui Province, which is the city of iron and steel in Anhui Province. It is mainly engaged production of soap, perfume, battery components and other chemical products. These products are sold overseas and the company has a strong strength!

In response to the call for energy conservation and emission reduction, Anhui Huayi Rixin Technology Co., Ltd has adopted the distributed photovoltaic power generation system. The mode for connecting to the grid is: the generated power is manly for use by the company itself and the surplus electricity is to be transmitted to the grid; the total capacity which is connected with the grid is 4.8 MW. There are four parallel grid connection points and the grid is connected on the 0.4kv load side. Connection to the grid was achieved in October 2018. Since the grid connected operation started, the maintenance electricians found that the  normal switching on and switching off of the original capacitors in the system could not be performed. Sometimes, the power factor was 0.90 and at other times, the power factor was 0.2. Especially in the period between 10: 00 in the morning and 14:00 in the afternoon, the capacitors could not be put into operation. As the resulting, the power supply bureau took the measurement of the power factor and the values of power factor which were measured were far below up the specified power factor. The management of the company was in deep worry! Since there was not any other measure the company could take, teh company had to cut off the power supply to stop the photovoltaic power generation system. With this measure, it could ensure that the power factor to be up to the standard!

 

 

By chance, Anhui Huayi Rixin Technology Co., Ltd learned that Anhui DELITER Electric Power Science and Technology Co., Ltd is engaged in power factor management for the distributed photovoltaic which is connected to the grid. After the investigations on the site, design of the scheme and communications on the scheme had been carried out, a cooperation agreement was signed on the construction and transformation on the site between Anhui DELITER Elecric Power Science and Technology Co., Ltd and Huayi Rixin Technology Co., Ltd. With the premise of not affecting the ormal power generation of the photovoltaic power generation system, the problem with the power factor of the grid-connecteddistributed photovoltaic generation system has been solved. The work done by our compnay has been confirmed by the customers and two companies has signed the agreement on strategic partnership!
