1: The reactive power compensation capacitor cabinet can perform the intelligent automatic reactive power compensation. The equipment can automatically track the changes in the reactive power of the line. The vacuum contactors are used as the switching on and switching off switch of the capacitor, suitable for switching on and switching off the capacitive current. Thus having a high reliability.

2: The reactive power compensation capacitor cabinet adopts the multiple stage automatic switching control function, which makes the reactive power compensation curve of the high voltage line smoother and the effect is better.

3: The function of automatic control, data statistics and storage of the reactive power compensation capacitor cabinet is realized by using the high reliable microprocessor and control technology (the data is recorded and will be kept for two months).

4: The purpose of remote acquisition and control of data can be realized through GPRS remote wireless communication.

5: The reactive power compensation capacitor cabinet is designed for outdoor environment. It is designed as rain proof, moisture proof, high temperature and low temperature resistant and anticorrosion. It can be adapted to different geographical and climatic characteristics.

6. The device can operate continuously under the condition that the root mean square value does not exceed 1.3 times the rated current of the capacitor bank.

The line reactive power compensation capacitor cabinet mainly consists of the capacitor, the controller unit, the vacuum contactor, the voltage transformer, the lightning arrester, the outdoor drop type fuse and the like. The controller analyzes and judges the real-time data acquired by the voltage transformer and the current transformer, and then sends out the real-time control commands; upon receiving a control command, the vacuum contactor will carry out the real-time switching on and switching off actions and implementing the on-off control of the capacitors. The outdoor drop type fuse is used for performing the short-circuit protection for the reactive power compensation capacitor cabinet so as to avoid the damage to the reactive power compensation capacitor cabinet and the circuit.

Conditions of use

I. Working environment and conditions

a. The outdoor ambient temperature: -35℃ ~ +45℃

b. The relative humidity in the ambient air: It shall be between 20% and 90% at 40℃.

c.The atmospheric pressure: The altitude shall be 2000 meters and below.

II. The requirements for the surrounding environmental

a. Strong vibrations and shocks shall not be allowed;

b. No corrosive and destructive gases, conductive media, media which contain any explosive dangerous shall be allowed, and serious mold shall not be allowed.

Installation methods:

The reactive power compensation capacitor cabinet for the high voltage line is installed on the pole and tower of the power supply line. The capacitor cabinet is installed on the cross pole between two columns or on the triangular support frame of a single column, with the distance between the lower end of the cabinet frame and the ground being more than 2.5 m. Install the bracket and the hoop using high quality channel steel or angle steel, which shall undergo the galvanization treatment.
