Information
These days, there have always been clients consulting me on the same issue! These clients basically have not carried out any production activities and are in the state of shut down. However their bills of adjusted electricity each month are astonishingly high!
To sum up their information, the following common points are found and listed below:

1) Their electricity bills are in the billing pattern of Basic electricity charge plus the electric energy bill, and the amounts of their basic electricity charge are generally higher.
2) In their systems, a reactive power low voltage capacitor compensation cabinet device is equipped, which, however, basically does not work.
3) Their systems are in the no-load state or the light load state.
4) All of their power factors are basically between 0.2 - 0.5.

Combined with the above points, it can be concluded that it belongs to a typical issue related to the reactive power loss compensation of a transformer in the no-load state. In the light load state, the positive active energy of the system is low, and the reactive power loss of the transformer (usually the reactive power loss of the transformer is 5% - 10% of the total capacity of the transformer) is fixed. After the accumulation of a long period of time, the resulted power factor of the system has become too low, so the electricity bill contains a large amount of adjusted electricity! Because the reactive power loss of a transformer in the no-load state has occurred within the transformer, it is not possible for the reactive power low voltage capacitor compensation cabinet device to collect the signals to carry out the compensation.

In response to this phenomenon, The R&D Department and Technology Department of DELITER have specialized in producing a new type of reactive power capacitor compensation cabinet device, which is applied in the reactive power loss compensation for the transformer in no-load state under various working conditions. The patented design which uses the method of high voltage measurement and low voltage compensation has been successfully solved the problem of a transformer in the no load state, i.e. there is no compensation on the low voltage side. This has been successfully applied to nearly 100 enterprises and has effectively solved the issue related to the bill of adjusted electricity, winning the favor and preferences of customers!
