The reactive power low voltage capacitor compensation cabinet is installed on the  outlet side of the transformer. The micro circuit breaker is used as the overload and short circuit protector. In the case of an overload or short circuit, its current is large, the fuse element emits heat and reaches the melting point and then melts. Operating    principle

 

 The metal conductor is used as the fuse element and mounted in series in the circuit. When the overload or short circuit current passes through the fuse element, it will become melted because of its own heating, thus disconnecting an electrical appliance in the circuit. The short circuit breaking current is completely determined by the physics characteristics and is an electrical equipment with physical characteristic.

   It is composed of the operating mechanism, the contact, the protective device (all kinds of releases), the arc extinguishing system and so on, it has the mechanical characteristics. When the circuit is short circuited or seriously overloaded, the armatures of the overcurrent release are actuated, so that the free tripping mechanism acts and the main contacts shut down the main circuit. When the circuit is overloaded, the thermal element of the thermal release device causes the bimetallic sheet to bend and actuates the free trip mechanism. When the circuit is under voltage, the armatures of the undervoltage release are released.
